For this flat plan i have clearer made the masthead alot bigger than the skyline. This is to to attract readers, as an attractive masthead name would be used, which is more important than the skyline. I have spread out the information fairly on both side of the cover. I've decided to use two images for this cover. Because of this the main character for the background image would be place more on the left third, so that the smaller additional image is still clearly seen. By using two images it does make the cover look more busy, but by place them apart from each other, the reader can clearly get the idea, and enjoy the magazine without being confused.
